How Long is Wett Certified Inspection good for?\u00a0\u00a0 WETT Inc. has no time limits on the validity of your WETT Inspection report.\u00a0 Your Home Insurance Company is the deciding factor and each company is different.\u00a0\u00a0 Some Insurance Companies will require a new WETT Certified Inspection when a home is purchased.\u00a0 Many people are requested to obtain a new WETT inspection when changing Insurance Companies.\u00a0\u00a0 Check with your Insurance Company prior to changing to ensure your saving enough money to justify the cost of a WETT Inspection.<\/p>\n
